Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Carice van Houten is a wonderful actrice. I've seen a lot of her work and she always plays with such conviction. I've only just learned about Melisandre (I'm only halfway the second book) but I just know she's going to be good at it ^^

I've only seen Stephen Dillane as Merlin in king Arthur so, my knowledge is pretty limited. But by the look of it, he's fit to play stannis baratheon ^^

the only international movie I know she played in that looks pretty "popular" to me, was Repo Men with jude law (if I remember correctly she was his wife) Not a very big role though.

Omg, Melisandre is not exactly how I pictured her but very close. I wanted an actress whose face wasn't seen a lot. I think we needed a Melisandre that doesn't look too sexy like the other speculations that I've seen before but a little stern and sort of fearful. This actress has the scary edge that could make Melisandre what she is.
As for Stannis, I really imagined him a little less, well gentle-looking. But I guess that they could add the facial hair to add severity to his traits. I like that we don't get familiar faces because it makes it more of a surprise.

Yeah, Melisandre is a good fit, she is pretty but looks hard and stern with that jawline.

Stannis isn't exactly as I imagined and physically I think there may be other actors that fit better...he looks a little older but I think if the acting is good it will still be pulled off well.

Yeah, it's very much the jawline that gives her that edge.
I also pictured Stannis younger and I imagined a whole lot of actors who would do very well too. I am certain that he is a great actor because so far I've had no complaints about anyone in the show.
